Hotel Lakolk was built in 1898. In 1965, the architect firm Friis & Moltke was commissioned to design and build the new modern Hotel. In 2003, the hotel has been recently renovated and is the perfect setting for a good stay in the beautiful nature of Rømø.
Hotel Lakolk is the only hotel on Rømø directly down to Lakolk Beach, which is one of Europe's widest sandy beaches. From the hotel there is direct access between the dunes to the beach.
