We have collected some local dishes from the Waddensea area that you should try if you are visiting.
The oyster is picked directly from the Wadden Sea around Rømø, where it can be taken home to the kitchen to be prepared.
Rømø shrimp are small prawns from the Wadden Sea, which can be recognized by their brown color which they retain after it has been cooked.
Wadden sea lambt is a local specialty that is served in a few places. The meat tastes slightly salty, which comes from the grass and herbs that the lambs eat in the Wadden Sea.
