Campfire dishes with Jesper Voss & Jesper Lynge, Rømø Slagteren and Wild Scandinavian Cooking.
The programme offers 6 different campfire food experiences, prepared under the open sky by two of Denmark's most passionate chefs Oyster King™ Jesper Danneborg Voss from Fanø returns to the distillery with his expertise in the fresh produce of the Wadden Sea. He will be joined by Livø's wild Kjøgemester Jesper Lynge Bergholdt, who brings his unique style and Limfjord produce to the event.
In addition, the new Rømø Butcher will be serving Marsk lamb sausages with bread on 13 February. Jesper and Jesper will be joined on 14 February by Danish chef Brian Boysen from Wild Scandinavian Cooking in Hamburg.

In addition to the gastronomic highlights, you can also explore a number of extra activities, for example, distiller Hans Sjursen invites you to a tour of the distillery with a mini tasting.
