Drøhse's house was built in 1672 in baroque style and is one of Tønder's most well-preserved houses.
The house received the recognized Europa-Nostra award in 1985 after a major restoration.
Explore the beautiful historic house and experience lace exhibitions, the history of the Tønder lace and periodically smaller special exhibitions with local crafts.
Heating in the Home
Also experience a lot of beautiful iron stoves in the basement, they have a lot of history down there.
Do not miss the lace garden, which is laid out with inspiration from a 200-year-old lace pattern from the museum's collection.
