For several years, Hans and Pernille have together created the lifestyle place Brinksgaard - and on the back of that success, Hans has now created the Marsh Distillery. A place you can visit, feel and taste. A place that Hans dedicates all his time to - now that he has said goodbye to his good job and instead the dream comes true. The dream of finding your taste. Whoever you are.
Hans Sjursen is a man who is completely passionate about good taste. A man who puts life, heart and soul to your liking. And a man who encourages you to enjoy the wild drops and let yourself be seduced.
The black sun over Marsh Denmark shows the way to Hans' drops, which are created in the total presence of marsh, wadden sea, adventurousness and curiosity beyond all borders.
In the Marsh Distillery, we dare say that we are hardcore enthusiasts. And we stubbornly believe that alcohol must be created from scratch! We are completely uncompromising in our approach - nothing is forbidden, nothing is sacred, nothing is impossible. And we nerd ourselves through it - right from the bottom of the local sacred spring and out to the edge of the Wadden Sea.
We are a micro-distillery that thinks big. And we think first and foremost about the taste. Your taste.
For a gin or a rum is much more than a drink that should quench the thirst or be a simple moment of enjoyment. It is a drink that creates the good company, and which in measured portions creates a magical moment. The moment when the high tempo stands still. And where you find your very own taste. Forever stored in your taste buds.
