The Marskstien, opened in 2019, is a 54 km long hiking route that winds through the unique and protected landscape of the Tøndermarsken in Southern Jutland. This route offers hikers a unique opportunity to explore an area rich in nature and wildlife, where hundreds of thousands of waders and migratory birds visit annually. The landscape, shaped by human interaction with water, reveals a cultural landscape that offers unique natural experiences. Through four charming towns; Højer, Rudbøl, Tønder, and Møgeltønder, the Marskstien invites you to let your eyes wander and your thoughts fly
