MSJ - Højer Mill
With the dredging basket under the arm, we are going on a dredging trip by the Wadden Sea.
We have to find and collect different beach herbs that you can use in cooking when you get home.
On our trip in the Wadden Sea, we meet a number of edible herbs. We look at their different growing places, examine their characteristics and learn how to harvest correctly.
Of course, we also have to taste the herbs and hear about how they can be used in cooking.
The tour's facilitator will be available with good tips and guidance throughout the tour.
