Experience a unique nature experience with Ostersafari on Rømø and in the Wadden Sea National Park. This experience allows you to pick fresh oysters directly from the seabed in one of the world's most important tidal areas. Together with a local nature guide, you will learn about the role of oysters in the ecosystem and gain insight into the fascinating tidal system.

The tours start in different places from Rømø and at Hjerpsted, Højer, where you get a short introduction before you move out onto the oyster banks. Here you can pick and taste the fresh oysters directly from the sea. Oyster safaris are perfect for both beginners and experienced oyster eaters, and it is recommended to bring practical, waterproof clothing and rubber boots.
